Drawing Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for the complimentary hotel room stay, participants must register for the Hope First Conference by Friday, October 25, 2024.

2. Drawing Date: The drawing will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024.

3. Entry Limit: Each registration for the Hope First Conference counts as one entry into the drawing. 

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

5. Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during registration.

6. Redemption: The complimentary hotel stay will be applied to the winner’s final bill at checkout.

7. Non-Transferable: The complimentary stay is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.

8. Validity: The complimentary stay is valid only for the duration of the Hope First Conference.

9. Cancellation: If the winner cancels their conference registration, the complimentary stay offer will be forfeited.

10. Amendments: The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.​
